Prior to Co-Founding Synaptic, Mr. Anthony

Served as Vice President of Global Engineering at M+M Mars' technology subsidiary Mars Electronics International (MEI), specializing in cash and cashless transaction devices (coin and bill acceptors) and systems (monitoring and transaction networks)

Headed Engineering and Product Development / Localization in the Americas for German Smart Card producer and systems developer ORGA Kartensysteme GmbH

Held a variety of positions at access control and security systems manufacturer Corby Industries, among them leadership roles in Engineering, Product Development, and Marketing

Jeffrey has also served Lehigh University in the Computer Science and Business program as part of the year-long Capstone Course in Product Development for more than a decade. He is also at work on a theory-lite / practice-heavy field manual for his service marked Risk Modulated Project Management℠ (RMPM℠) methodology.

Jeffrey attended Penn State University and Moravian College and is a member of The Project Management Institute (PMI), The Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), and The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
